Kirstie McPherson is a Behavioral Economist whose primary focus is transitioning economies in Single-Industry towns by working with their redevelopment strategies and communication programs. Kirstie's approach champions the value of community, acknowledging the importance of creating spaces that support both current cultures and future aspirations, all while respecting the history of these communities. She is also the founder of The Find and 518 Wine Bar in Craig, Loveland, and Meeker, Colorado.

The discussion will also explore the advantages of revitalizing small communities, such as lower living and real estate costs and lower entry barriers for business development.
